INSTRUMENTATION

Our skilled technicians can calibrate mechanical, electrical and pressure equipment - whether owned by Blue Manta or the customer - and repair all high-pressure equipment including pump systems, air systems and hydraulic systems. All calibration equipment is certified and traceable to national standards. The service can be provided both on and off site and we offer a 24 hour call out facility within the Ghana.

In addition to our internal calibration service, we can also supply calibration equipment and provide training to our client's workforce on its use. Our sales staff and technicians can advise on all enquiries to ensure the service provided best meets the customer's needs.

Internal Corrosion Control Services

DCS Energy have a wide range of injection systems designed for discharge rates varying from 0.1 to 50 US gal/hr (0.38 to 190 lit/hr), with discharge pressures up to 6,000Psi (41.4 MPa). For low injection rates (less than 2 gal/hr / 9 lit/hr), drip methods using either an open tube or quill in order to disperse the chemical are available.

The DCS Energy injection system is suitable for: algaecides, bactericides, chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, defoamers, deionizers, emulsifiers, emulsion breakers, glycol, methanol, odorizes, oxygen scavengers, product additives, scale inhibitor and wax inhibitors.
